India is widely recognized for having large pool of young science and technology talent. However, many of these students cannot find enough suitable job opportunities within the country, which leads many to seek careers abroad.
We organized an on-site interview event in India, to recruit Science talents.

M.Kumarasamy College of Engineering（MKCE）, Tamil Nadu, Republic of India MKCE is located in southern India and also serves as a venue for Japanese Language Proficiency Tests(JLPT).
MKCE places strong emphasis on Japanese language education, and many students attended the event.

Most of the students who came to the venue were studying Japanese.
The event began with a company briefing session for students, followed by interviews.

What impressed us most was the students’ high level of Japanese proficiency. Many of them conducted their interviews entirely in Japanese.
During the networking session, we enjoyed deepening connections over Indian curry!
