FAST OFFER Matching Interview Event – Observation Report
The Kanagawa Industrial Promotion Center (KIP), in collaboration with ASIA to JAPAN Co., Ltd., organizes a free monthly matching interview event called FAST OFFER.
On November 18, 2025, representatives from Kanagawa Prefecture and local companies attended an observation session.

FAST OFFER offers an excellent opportunity for companies to conduct face-to-face interviews in Japan with talented professionals from diverse countries.
Participants can closely view the interactions between companies and global candidates and gain a genuine sense of the recruitment process.
The observation session also provides a valuable opportunity to speak directly with global candidates and hear firsthand experiences from companies that have successfully hired through FAST OFFER.

FAST OFFER is an initiative by ASIA to JAPAN, KIP’s partner recruitment agency, and companies outside Kanagawa Prefecture are also welcome to participate.
