Internship Program for Mongolian KOSEN Students was held.
The internships were conducted in January 2026 for students matched at the on-site internship interview fair with three Mongolian KOSENs held in November 2025.

On the first day, an orientation session was held for all students, before they traveled to their respective host companies.
Each student participated in an internship at their assigned company for approximately 2 weeks.

Students shared very positive feedback, such as understanding Japanese workplaces and corporate culture, and developing a stronger desire to work in Japan.
On the final day, students gave presentations in Japanese about their internship experiences.
It was impressive to see them make great efforts using the Japanese language skills they study daily at their KOSEN institutions.
Representatives from the host companies also attended and shared their impressions of accepting the interns.

The students’ visit to the Governor was featured in 'Kuroiwa Diary'.
